Megan is a purpose-driven People Executive who believes culture is the strategy. With more than 20 years of experience leading HR functions across startups, venture-backed and private-equity firms, and global tech companies, Megan has built her career helping organizations scale with both purpose and performance.

 

As Co-Founder of Sprout HR Consulting, Megan partners with leaders navigating growth, transformation, and complexity. Her expertise spans the full HR lifecycle — from building foundational infrastructure and policies, to designing compensation and performance strategies, to leading cultural reinvention during mergers, pivots, and expansions.

 

She has guided organizations through rapid scale in industries including healthtech, fintech, AI, real estate development, landscaping, gaming, and insurance.  Previously, Megan served as Chief People Officer at ClosedLoop, a Series B healthtech AI startup recognized as one of Austin’s Best Places to Work, where she built people practices that supported innovation and high performance in one of the country’s most dynamic markets.

 

She also held senior HR leadership roles at SwagUp, Kasasa, Clean Scapes, The Boon Group, Aspen Heights Partners, and Electronic Arts - consistently driving engagement, performance, and trust while ensuring HR strategies were tightly aligned with business goals.  Megan’s leadership style blends empathy with accountability.   Grounded in her background in education and organizational development, she thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and is known for rolling up her sleeves to create cultures where people and performance thrive together.

 

At Sprout, Megan brings this philosophy to life - helping leaders not just design HR strategy, but build workplaces where people feel trusted, engaged, and equipped to succeed.

Christia is a seasoned HR executive and culture strategist with over two decades of experience leading people operations across industries as diverse as cybersecurity, fintech, healthtech, real estate development, construction, gaming, and beyond. Currently serving as Vice President of People Operations at SpyCloud, Christia has built her career at the intersection of strategy and execution—designing scalable people frameworks while never losing sight of the human experience at work. 

 

A veteran of both the U.S. Army and Navy, Chris brings discipline, resilience, and adaptability to her work, whether navigating the complexities of high-growth startups, steering private-equity transformations, or advising venture-backed scale-ups. She has partnered with executives and boards to shape cultures of trust, engagement, and high performance, while also ensuring the systems, processes, and strategies can scale with business demands.
